Who we are

This website is operated by Vincipato, a wine importer established in the Principality of Monaco ("Vincipato", "we"). For any question relating to this policy or to your personal data, write to import@vincipato.com.

What we collect

This site sets no advertising trackers and uses no analytics tools. It uses no cookies; the only browser storage is the session entry described above, which is deleted when you close the tab.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiries, to provide trade clients with the price list, to maintain our commercial relationship with your establishment, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and our correspondence: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., which serves this site and holds its technical logs) and our email provider. These providers act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for our commercial relationship and to meet our legal obligations, and is then deleted.

Your rights

Under the data protection law applicable in the Principality of Monaco, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict its processing. Write to import@vincipato.com and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Monegasque data protection authority.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new date.
